From proposal to an approved program

These are partnership proposals, not operating care programs, guaranteed placements or confirmed room rentals. Before a program begins, the parties identify the property owner and responsible operator and confirm applicable licensing, land-use permission, building and fire requirements, and any required county contract or referral arrangement.

Revival Senior Living LLC and Mission Ready Contracting LLC remain separate companies. The written arrangement defines property, service, payment and operational responsibilities.
