1. Revival Senior Living, LLC is the contract and program administrator described on this website. Mountain View Care Home LLC owns the Rocklin property. AMG Homes LLC is the property and hospitality operating partner only for the scope assigned in the applicable agreement. Mission Ready Contracting, LLC performs the website, coordination, contracting or merchant role identified in its agreement or checkout. These roles and accounts remain separate.

2. The website currently provides furnished-living discovery and partnership inquiries. It does not offer currently licensed residential care, clinical treatment or care placement. A proposed partnership is not an active program.

3. Before a Stripe payment, confirm the legal merchant, service provider, selected purpose, amount, one-time or recurring status, taxes and fees, cancellation terms and refund terms. A payment does not confirm a booking, accept a partnership, authorize a payout or create an account.

4. This website does not ask for bank credentials. If an agreed service later offers a supported Plaid connection, review the application, receiving entity, selected accounts, requested data, purpose, duration and disconnection path. Linking alone does not authorize a debit, transfer or partner access. Never email passwords, account numbers, PINs or verification codes.

5. Listing AMG Homes, The Purposeful Dollar, Bulletproof, Aspera Care or another partner does not give that partner automatic access to payments, linked accounts or records. A separate agreement and minimum-necessary authorization govern any handoff.

6. General inquiries contain only contact information and a non-sensitive reference. Do not submit health records, tax returns, identity documents, banking information, child records, property access codes or credentials. A protected handoff requires a separately verified channel after acceptance.
